We manage the procurement process, from reviewing estimating documentation, demarcating packages, generating budgets, creating procurement trackers, generating tender documentation, bid analysis, negotiating subcontract conditions, producing recommendation reports and finalizing agreements

Our team are experienced in managing the change control process across different forms of contract. We are skilled in understanding preamble coverage rules, taking off quantities from drawings, using correct rates (bill rates, pro rata rates, star rates), including clear clarifications in order to ensure our Clients receive fair assessments for additional scope. We implement processes to focus on increasing revenue whilst managing associated costs, to maximize value for our Clients

We have comprehensive experience working on premeasurement contracts. We are able to review contract documentation, preambles and the bill of quantities to develop and implement strategies to ensure downstream risk is mitigated, and upstream opportunity is achieved
